So, after Rajesh Khanna's iconic Ashirwad, another legendary Bollywood and Mumbai landmark is all set to have a big makeover.
Rishi and Neetu Kapoor will soon move out of their iconic bunglow Krishna Raj.
So, what'll happen of the house?
Well, the Kapoors are all set to rebuild the house to adjust it to their needs.
A source close to the Kapoor khandaan told SpotboyE.com that the entire structure would be razed, and two houses will be built on the plot in such a way that the residents maintain their privacy.
The premises will have modern amenities like a swimming pool and even a mini theatre, it remains to be seen who moves into the other house.
Well, Rishi has earlier categorically said that he misses his son Ranbir a lot, so it's anyone's guess who Rishi has in mind for moving in to the new house.
Till the new structure is ready, Ranbir's parents will shift to another property they own off Hill Road. Interestingly, Rishi will have cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin as a neighbour once they move into their temporary place
SpotboyE.com had told you earlier that the Kapoors had an RTI filed by the Pali Hill Residents Association against them, when reports of the renovation poured in first.
But Rishi and Neetu have overcome their hurdles, with the BMC having given the required permission and the formalities having been completed.
And what about Ranbir, you ask? Well, he has already moved out a couple of years ago to a property in Carter Road hasn't he? Yes, he has.
The million dollar question is: Will he return to Krishna Raj with his girlfriend Katrina Kaif once the rebuilding is done with? Time will tell.
